Sherry Davis was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan. After graduation she pursued a career as a publicist for the Simplicity Pattern Company. In the early nineteen seventies, her dreams brought her to Los Angeles. Working at many odd jobs for several years, she finally opened her own lingerie shop called “Bloomers.”
